Kim’s Noodle is good and exceeded my expectations! Their banh mi was soft, fluffy, and crispy - all at the same time. The sandwich bread they use is really fresh and somewhat hard to find around town.
The bun thit nuong with shrimp and egg roll was delicious as well and had me stuffed!
The wait staff was attentive and checked on us frequently throughout our visit. They even offered to top off my water lol. You’ll hear about how many Asian restaurants will forget about you once your food has been served.
